It has been a pleasant experience to deal with Dan Rontree who has always been straightforward in his approach, giving us good advice when necessary whilst accommodating our ideas when possible. Even under pressure, Heronswood’s team have been patient and good-humoured and always highly professional. We have been impressed with the quality of the work, the problem-solving approach and level of attention to detail. We went to them with an existing concept and they worked with us to make some tricky elements work. Having said that, I would have been equally happy to work with Dan from the beginning, as he has a good aesthetic, quickly understood what we were trying to achieve and made some good suggestions. I would recommend them – and have done so to a number of people.
