The vehicle was only there for an intermediate service but nothing seemed to much for the staff. They all wanted to help and we were made most welcome. A driver took us into the city and picked us up after spending two delightful days in Lincoln. I was kept informed over the two days of any additional work needed and would have been carried out should I wanted. Marc was very easy to talk to and his friendly and experienced nature. In summary we were made very welcome, we could not have been any better looked after had we been buying a new car. The best Lexus dealer we have had dealings with. GREAT.
