- Ben Tuxworth Review added: 2018.08.15★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Friendly staff in store and on the phone, but they are willing to oversell a sofa without providing dimensions. After one team failed delivery, damaged the sofa, then claimed the only option was a 30% restocking fee, a second team (a month later) delivered to the same address with no issue what so ever.
3 months later we have not had our sofa fixed (despite also having the insurance), our delivery fee refunded, any other compensation or even an apology.
Be wary, read your small print and make sure your delivery men are competent.
Nice that they give you a cuddly sloth though.
